It just occurred to me that I keep on titling each one of these entries as "Running Log" when some days are cross training days, such as today. Oh well, this blog serves one purpose and that is to help me keep track of my running training for the Chicago Half Marathon. Five exercises were done along with some stretching:. 1 Oblique bridge: 20 seconds per side, 3 sets. 2 Stick crunch: 15 reps, 3 sets. 3 Lying draw-in with hip flexion: 10 reps per leg, 3 sets. 4 Supine running: 8 reps per leg, 3 sets.

I can say that the website is basic, but I think we had a jolly good go, the style and look we were going for was successfully achieved and I’m proud at the professional outcome. More pages could be added – for example “add to cart” page and “checkout” but the idea wasn’t to set up a fully working purchasing site. Overall I believe our group done well! Putting it into Dreamweaver.
