Just a little over a week later, on August 26th, Declan’s twin brother, Cole, celebrated his 1st birthday without his brother. These are the moments you don’t want to relive, but never want to forget. Today on my birthday I wish for a cure for this disease that is so tragically stealing the childhood and lives of so many children.
