Monday, March 31, 2014. How to feel better and become better. I read this list somewhere (I can't remember where) a few months ago. I really like the advice that it gives. Reading through it every once in a while and implementing some of the ideas in my life makes small difference. But mainly helps me appreciate little things more. 1 If you like someone, wait. 2 Give lots of compliments, even if you're shy. Everyone else is too. 4 Eat healthier. Learn to cook something fancy. 11 Listen to new music.

The girls we stayed with were able to give us tickets to tour the White House Gardens (sounds cooler than it actually was. Turns our the term "gardens" is used somewhat liberally in this case.
