Journey: Road Tripping...

http://journeyofeternity.blogspot.com/2015/07/road-tripping.html

Thursday, July 23, 2015. For well over a year, my husband and I have been in a state of flux. What once held us in place and attached to the community of the Northwest is no longer. The ties that bind have grown increasingly loose and have freed up options for us that have not been present before now. We started doing that with visiting Celebration Park. We were mindful of it with our recent trip to Utah. I will continue as I explore and extend myself further. A hike in Bridal Veil Falls. Witnessing the ...

Journey: Photography Bug

http://journeyofeternity.blogspot.com/2015/08/photography-bug.html

Friday, August 7, 2015. This week we splurged a bit and purchased a used Canon DSLR for me. We had been waiting to get Justin the professional grade camera that he wants, but we have a few projects coming up where it would be beneficial AND more fun for me not to be shooting with my phone's camera. Yesterday, we spent sometime over at the Boise Depot. I was practicing a few techniques using the manual modes. Here are the ones I like the best. This shoot of the trees is almost exactly what I was after.

Journey: Seemingly At Odds

http://journeyofeternity.blogspot.com/2015/07/seemingly-at-odds.html

Sunday, July 12, 2015. I am a Mormon. I am also an ally / part of the LGBT community. There are many in the world that say these two facets of who I am do not belong together. For me, neither being Mormon nor being attracted to both genders are my sole identity, so I can reconcile them as some of the individual pieces that make me, me. I knew that I was attracted to both genders long before I joined the Mormon faith. I was taught from a very young age. It never took my attractions to girls away, but I wa...

Journey: An Afternoon in the Garden...

http://journeyofeternity.blogspot.com/2015/08/an-afternoon-in-garden.html

Monday, August 10, 2015. An Afternoon in the Garden. A friend has noticed on FB that we are simplifying our possessions in preparation for all the changes that is about to be wrought upon us and asked a pointed question that is neither FB nor blog material. You can ask us in person, we'll answer happily but as things can still go either way, we are keeping tight-lipped on all forms of social media. Over 100 pictures. Here are my favorites:. Mother" -she was such a good sport and smiled for me!

Journey: May 2015

http://journeyofeternity.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html

Monday, May 18, 2015. Seventeen years ago Justin received an Associate's Degree from Ricks College (BYU-I). When it became time to decide our next step, we felt prompted to relocate to Texas where his immediate family was living. Less than two years later, we relocated again to Southwest Idaho. Which we have called home for the last fifteen years. Since we have left Texas, we have only been back twice for visits. One of those visits was for just 24 hours to bury his grandmother. I scoured for cheap fligh...

The Book - A Journey of Epiphanies

Terry R. Vergon. The world needs leaders that can take us to a bright future. But it’s a new day, and we need a better way to learn leadership. Historically, people were chosen for leadership roles on the basis of nepotism or because they were the best at some important aspect of their job. In either case, it was a long time before the new person was anything like a leader. At today’s pace, we can’t wait that long. What are the new rules of leadership? Leadership is a separate career path unlike any other.

Living A Simple Life

Monday, 19 December 2011. OMGEnd of 2011 already. My goodness.Just how quick can time past by? Been a year since the last I posted! The reason for me to post again is simple: To prevent my blog from being deleted. One of my friend's "Rotten Orange" blog was deleted since he has not been updating his blog for more than a year. Having control it or being controlled by it? And "Why are you you still single? Honestly, I does sometimes thought about the answers but there was never a definite one. Here we go a...

Journey of Faith - a path to motherhood

Journey of Faith - a path to motherhood. My journey to and through motherhood through faith in God. The biggest life challenge I have ever had to endure. Sunday, April 6, 2014. Today is a tough day in mommy hood of 3. My two year old is such a challenge. He's tired but refuses to sleep, so he's causing a lot of trouble to his brother and around the house in general. I feel angry that my mom is so little help and rarely offers to help. I wonder how other moms of three survive? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Journey of Faith

Reflections on faith and life along the way. Monday, January 4, 2016. What good purpose would that serve? So that that negativity and pain would then become a part of their lives too? That's not something I want. They will have enough to deal with in their own lives without having someone else's life piled on top of it. And seriously, I can't imagine anyone wanting to read approximately 4500 pages of anything in order to understand me better, least of all my children! I don't even want to read them again!
