Our path to parenthood…. Breaking down. →. This is really happening. October 9, 2012. She finally said, alright, let me call back and see what the doctor wants to do. So much for a good blood pressure check today! I sat back down with tears welled in my eyes. My husband was just trying to calm me down. Seriously, I have counted down the days until this US. Both my husband and I took off of work this morning to get this ultrasound! To my surprise, we could finally do a belly US. This was my first one!

Our path to parenthood…. Newer posts →. So far so good…. September 19, 2012. Surprisingly, I am surviving pretty well this week. Trying to keep positive thoughts. My symptoms are still pretty strong, with some pretty bad nausea. It’s a weird feeling though, because I enjoy being nauseated. I apologized to my OB for not being able to make it the whole 4 weeks between appointments, but she reassured me that this is what she is here for. She was so nice and understanding to my concerns. Our path to parenthood…. September (1st week) – BFP. 8211; due date May 7th, 2012. September 23rd – angel baby #1, ultrsound dx ectopic pregnancy at 7 weeks 6 days, methotrexate given. December 17th – began TTC. January (1st week)- BFP. Due date September 22nd, 2012. January 31st – at 6 weeks saw and heard strong HB, beautiful baby in uterus. April 3rd – BFN. On the journey to parenthood…and beyond. Pressing into Him – Music. The Wait is Over. So my last post was titled “Miracles in the Waiting” where I talked about the two week wait well, that two week period has come and gone. Its so far gone now, that I am happy to announce that it worked! I’m heading into my second trimester this week! So I’m 13 week 5 days pregnant! So now we wait for the day we find out for sure what we’ll be having, then we wait for his/her arrival in May! Miracles in the Waiting.

Our path to parenthood…. All is healthy :). December 8, 2012. We had our anatomy scan on Tues of this week, and baby looks beautiful! At 19 weeks, HR was 143 BPM and she estimated baby’s weight at 10 ounces. Baby was crazy moving around! It really is amazing to see the baby so developed at this stage. AND, it’s a GIRL! 🙂 Bring on the bows, dresses, and all things pink! 8221; lol.The tech also said she had some pretty long legs! This was probably one of the best days of my life thus far.
