Well for one, my fatty liver and gall stones are fairly new, just a year ago I didn’t have either. As for the insulin resistance? I’m so happy with my latest results even though it looks like I might get diabetes no matter what I do. It’s nice to be able to see in the numbers what eating whole foods can do for the body.
