Journeys of a Geordie. Periodic blog updates on my Erasmus third year abroad in France and Spain. What has interested me, what I've done, where I've been and what I've seen. Tuesday, 25 October 2011. Which had fantastically helpful staff and amazingly comfortable beds, and believe it or not we found somewhere to watch the Newcastle v Sunderland derby! It was in a bar ( Wayne's Bar. Similar to Hooters but nowhere near as sleazy, sitting across from two Mackems (boo, hiss, boo). We explored Aix-en-Provence as if I was seeing it for the first time again and discovered weird nonsensical art such as this. :. We got caught in a few apocalyptic rainstorms, rode the Subway across Marseille to visit le Bol.

A lot more than we English do, which is basically not at all, but if we were to celebrate it as much as we celebrate St. Patrick's Day, I doubt it would be in any way similar to how the Catalan do it. I've taken it upon myself to read as much about France and Spain and the differences between both of their cultures and the British culture before I depart, so I don't get too much of a "culture shock" when I arrive in either country. I haven't been able to find any books concerning Spain/Britain culture as of yet, but here are the few I've read over the last couple of weeks concerning France/Britain. Such as replying with "moi". When your waiter asks "qui est l'onglet? Although politically and historica...

Another huge factor (other than those such as accommodation. So, on to the advice. First of all, I would like to dedicate a whole section of this blog post to Student Finance because they are just such a, let's say, poignant part of any student's life that I think they deserve that honour. Anyway, I have a lot of gripes about Student Finance as a company as I'm sure we all do and I would love. To moan on about them for ages, but that would probably just make you angry and not. When they say "you'll experience it all," they mean you'll experience it all. Something happened yesterday that I have to write about before things completely escape me and I run the risk of typing a mediocre memory of what happened. It has to be written about before I write about anything else on this blog. It could be long, so, get a cup of tea and get comfortable. And went out to see a film with my friends. I woke up this morning to find this on the kitchen bench:. Carey, voici pour toi -. Which I gue...
