So here I am having to re-evaluate my diet and re-evaluate my fitness goals. I am wayyyyyy behind on my miles log but I’m determined to still get 1000 by the end of the year. 250 miles by April seems a bit challenging. We’ll see. I’m not exactly sure what to do. Ouch Between bachelorhood (my wife went to help and visit family in California for over 2 weeks) and vacation, I’ve gotten pretty lazy over the past 6 weeks.
