2017: 365 Days to Reach My Goals. Just like every other year, I am hoping that this year will be the year where I do much self improvement. In 2016, I tried and failed. I had my ups, I had my downs, but mainly, my habits got worse and I reached exactly zero goals/resolutions (mostly fitness/body related) that I set for myself and actually ended up gaining nearly 20 pounds!
