Saturday, December 18, 2010. First WI on PointsPlus! I was so sure I was up and likely to stay the same. I saw no changes from Saturday to Tuesday on the scale and I was getting discouraged. After that, the week went but it wasn't pretty. I did manage to hang on though but didn't feel I had lost anything. But, I lost 5.8 lbs this week! And I never felt hungry! Mostly I felt full! Sunday, October 30, 2011. Well, I am now fixed! Well at least I have a brake installed on my stomach. I had the Slimband gastric banding surgery on September 30, 2011. Before the surgery I had to do a detox and the day I started I weighed in at 306.6. On surgery day I weighed in at 300.6 and today I weighed in at 281. I drank 2 big glasses of ice water to wash down my meal. Donna Summer was fantastic, I was singing and dancing as if it were my "last dance". She may be in her 60's, but she still is a disco queen! March 13, 2015. By Journey To Fit. Three days ago I ripped my hand at Crossfit during the Toes to Bar of all things (not even pull-ups! I thought it would be a perfect time to test the essential oils I purchased over the past few months. Just to see if they were as good as they say they are. Check out my hand!
