Books and Book Reviews. 2 bunches of kale, broken into large pieces by hand. 1/4 cup nama shoyu. 1/2 cup water (or more if needed). 1/2 cup unfiltered apple cider vinegar, such as Bragg’s or Eden Organic. 1/4 cup parsley, tightly packed. 1/4 tsp sea salt. Blend all ingredients until smooth and thick. Pour over kale, mix with hands to thoroughly coat and stick to kale. Dry at 110 rotating occasionally, approx. 4 hours. 1 spoon of raw cacao nibs.
