Monday, November 14, 2011. We called the on call doctor and took her to the ER after three hours of crying that evening. They took xrays and gave her an inhaler and ear drops to go along with her antibiotic and steroid. Magic happened after that Nycolette slept for 14 hours the next night and woke up still coughing but not as much and was so much happier. She is now on the path to recovery. We've been busy. My parents came to visit from Aug 11-21st! We went to the New West Fest on the 12th and the Lyon's Folk Festival on the 19th! The kids had a blast and were sad to see them leave. I did however make an awesome baked ziti and an enchilada casserole and I made fudge for the first time ever! It was gone in less than a week. So yummy.with almond butter swirled throughout.
