Julie and Trevor Baker. Friday, December 4, 2009. Long Long Long Time. Wow, time does fly huh. Here are some pics and memories that have happened since last post. This deer was in our neighbors yard. Ace at our house. Of course Uncle lets him jump on the couch. My Brother Chasse is getting married next weekend and so is Trevors best friend. We arrived here on the Big Island on April 9th and will depart on April 23, spending the entire time in the Mauna Lani area. Here’s an update on what we have planned. Saturday, September 5, 2009. Larry took Wes and me 4 wheelin' yesterday to the top of Big Butte. He showed where the hang gliders take off from and the different areas of the INL. When we got to the top we spent about an hour. We ate sandwiches and enjoyed the scenery. It was a great trip, but I haven't got Wes convinced that we need 4 wheelers. (sigh). Big Butte, yep we went to the top. Around 7000 ft. Medusa is alive and well. Maybe it is a new look for me. On the old fire lookout. Links to this post.
