Wednesday, October 31, 2012. I wanted a girl power theme this year, something different from the princess theme which we've done. i had a lot of fun putting these costumes together and the girls enjoyed getting into character. tim and i even had superhero shirts, too. i did have an eye mask thing similar to hannah's for libby but she wouldn't keep it on, so we improvised with sunglasses (which libby LOVES to wear). Monday, July 30, 2012. Now that july is coming to a close (how did that happen so fast? Friday, April 19, 2013. Last night, all the kindergarten classes at hannah's school put on a program called dinosaur! Each class sang a song about a certain dinosaur, and had one kid dress up as that dinosaur. hannah was the triceratops for her class! She did great singing the songs. the six dinosaurs started off the show, then she sat on the front side of the stage until it was her class's time to sing and then she walked up front with them. we were so proud! To us, she was the star of the show!

Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Day in the life of a 2 year old. Libby is having the time of her life. it must be so fun to be a 2 year old. every day she does a little coloring, swings if the weather permits, reads, watches cartoons, plays dress-up, and she sits on the potty after being bribed with M&Ms (though she hasn't been successful yet). she also looooves to sing! Her favorite songs are twinkle twinkle little star, the ABCs, jesus loves me, old mcdonald, and you are my sunshine. Friday, April 19, 2013.

Had a great family day yesterday. i went to huntingdon for a photo session, so we made a day of it. i loved being back on campus and the girls loved running around. they especially loved pretending to sing on the stage on the green. Monday, May 28, 2012. Last days of preschool. Hannah's preschool graduation was such a special day! Sunday, May 27, 2012. On may 1st, hannah's class took a trip to the montgomery zoo. i gave her my point and shoot camera and she was really into taking pictures of her friends. made me so proud! We stayed all morning, took a ride on the train and had a picnic lunch. it was a super hot day and i was exhausted when we got home. Wednesday, May 23, 2012. Gives big hugs and says "awww! Wednesday, September 19, 2012. At 22 months, libby's favorite thing to say is 'hey, that's mine! I'm sure she learned that one from her big sister. she can be very territorial over things, but we are trying to teach her how to share. She's also started to constantly throw things on the floor. food, books, clothes, toys. she's been getting time outs in her crib when she throws things down and then won't pick them up when we ask. she's usually compliant after the time out.
