I also remember thinking it was a blessing and a curse that I knew what to expect. It was a blessing. That at the time of rupture I knew what it was and I knew that it wasn't an emergency. Wednesday, July 28, 2010. I went to see Doc Fugle today and he says I am right on track and I should come back to see him in a month. A MONTH! How about three days? Nope, it's a month, but here's the thing, over the next month my orders are to start walking at home without. Psst, don't tell, but I started doing that last week.hey,. Sometimes a girl has to pee and doesn't wan. T to take the time to pull on a compression sock and then lace and velcro a boot.I'm just sayin'). I am giddy with excitement!

Friday, May 20, 2011. Well what do you know, I haven't blogged in months and months and now the ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY. Of my ATR is here. Since August 2010 and my 4minute and 58 second 400m. Adventure, there has been a complete return to normalcy. Life is busy and I guess once I got back on my feet (ba dah dum) there was no time to report progress.well, I know that's just an excuse for not making time :). Turning 37 on Monday! And today I RAN the 400m. I mean I really ran it! I BELIEVE IN YOU :).

Friday, September 27, 2013. Oops I Did it Again…. I can't believe I'm here…. At this blog…. My last post was in May of 2011…. Look, it's right down there …. I honestly never thought I'd be here again. Then again, maybe I pondered it from time to time. Maybe there would be a little sting in my ankles while doing double-unders…. Maybe there would be some fire in the Achilles' at the beginning of a run or the morning after a run. Seriously, it's LACKAdaisical? I've been pronouncing it wrong my ENTIRE life?
