My little girl is growing up too quickly.but we are enjoying every minute of it. She really is the sweetest thing. And her brothers definitely think the same. I'm actually surprised how easy the transition to 3 kids has been. Then again, Garrett is in school all day and Lola is still sleeping a lot. So talk to me in a few months and we'll see how well I'm faring. As it seeme...

Tuesday, April 30, 2013. HEADING DOWN TO SUNNY ST. GEORGE. Trip to St. George- April 1-4, 2013. This kid is full of effervescence- always on the go! And Abby isn't too shabby either. Doug has two of his antique cars stored in the garage there, and they wanted me to take their pictures while they sat in them. Doug ended up having to drive to Escalante to inspect a couple of church buildings, so I stayed and hung out with Andrea and the kids. One day we went on a great walk through their neighborhood.

Sunday, February 24, 2008. And like that.he was gone. I had to laugh because if that was me packing all the necessities to live alone for two months? It would still have taken a U-Haul! Anyway, this morning we all took our time waking up and then decided that we'd spend our last morning together eating breakfast at (my favorite restaurant) IHOP. I told Jeff he'd drive better and longer on a full stomach. Really all I was trying to do was prolong the goodbyes. Needless to say, they came. And he went.

Tuesday, April 24, 2012. Elsie turned 5 in February! Where is the time going? The past 5 years have seriously flown.it seems like we just brought Elsie home from the hospital! Elsie still surprises us with her drawings and her creativity. She is liking reading and has a desire to learn. She's still the slowest eater when it comes to dinner and fastest when it comes to ice cream. She loves animals, especially our cat Maddie and her pet guinea pig Smores. We love our Elsie! The strawberry cake that evening.

Friday, May 30, 2014. Trip to Holy Land - Day Two. We then had to take the Metro with our passes to the Big Bus Paris office to pick up our one-day tickets to the Hop-On, Hop-Off bus, which takes you on a full circuit of the city. No one can mistake the glassed triangle of the Louve. There are 37 bridges across the Seine River in Paris! After we rode the bus a short time, we hopped off at Notre Dame Cathedral and went inside. Gargoyle comes from a Latin word, meaning gullet or drain. That’s wha...The tot...
