Seeing as it’s still winter, I made porridge…. 1/2 cup of jumbo oats. 1 cup of soya milk. 1 small pinch of salt. 1/2 a cooking apple, peeled and cubed. 1 large pinch of cinnamon. 1 dessert spoon of demerara sugar. 2 tablespoons of water. 1 small handful of redcurrants. Toast the oats in a clean pan until they smell toasty! March 1, 2018.
