Thankfully, I have family and friends willing to help with the transportation, which allows me to maintain a fairly regular work schedule. Even with all the help, I have a lot on my plate right now and it's time to shift my focus for the next several weeks from my own health, to my husband's well-being and getting him through this.

It was a cold week, so I didn't get much bike training done. I didn't get to commute to work via bicycle much, either. My body is craving movement! So in spite of the 30-something degree temperatures this morning, I biked to work! I have just a little more than a month to go before I leave on my bicycle tour!
