The recipes I post in this blog are ones that I've made and know are delicious. I wouldn't post them otherwise. I haven't had any formal training, just a lot of Foot Network but just because you aren't a trained chef doesn't mean you can't make great, quality food at home. I have a very laissez-faire.

Monday, November 7, 2011. Just fucking cook some Chicken Milanese. So I made this tonight with things I had lying around the house. It’s super easy and super lazy because the only cooking you need to do is cook the chicken, the rest is chopping and mixing. Usually Milanese Chicken is pounded thin, breaded and fried but I’m calling it a Milanese because I have nothing else to fucking call it. What am I going to call it, Chicken Pounded out, fried but not breaded? 2 cloves garlic, pasted. 2 tbsp., mayo.
