The continuous search for epicurean gratification. Luscious Cherry Chocolate Tart. While watching River Cottage, I was awed by this amazing tart. And since cherries are now in season, I just could not resist giving this recipe a try. As there was no way I could finish this by myself, I shared this with 3 others … and they loved it. I’ve tweaked the recipe a bit (from the original River Cottage recipe) and this is based on what I made. Luscious Brandied Cherry Chocolate Tart. 500g sweet cherries, stoned.
