Wednesday, July 14, 2010. Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Seriously, these biscuits are delivered to my table and gone in ten seconds flat. Now here comes my dilemma; My little brother is allergic to shellfish, which means no RED LOBSTER (This is where my life ends)! I love red lobster it was our birthday dinner place every single year my parents would ask us "Where do you want to go to dinner? And our answer was a very loud and exuberant "RED LOBSTER! Wednesday, August 18, 2010. Chocolate Chip Cherry Chocolate Muffins. A mouth full I know! This is another one of my original creations and I tested them on my Partner in Crime! The good news. He said they were "Awesome". I was so pleased! I was praying the entire time "Oh dear lord PLEASE let these muffins turn out! I was sending them to a friend so they just had to work out! They were moist and not very rich they were made with Oil and Yogurt. Delish, I would know I ate 5 of them while making them!

Today Stephany and I embarked and a very fun yet incredibly confusing journey of making these Chai Cupcakes with Honey Cinnamon Buttercream frosting. First off I would just like to say that the person who wrote the recipe contridicted herself on every sentence! So after looking at it and trying to figure it out we called my mother! She was a lifesaver! These cupcakes were delicious! 1 1/3 cup milk. 6 chai tea bags. 1/2 tsp. salt.

Monday, November 30. Every year, all of ( my side. The Shaeffer's get together for a massive Thanksgiving celebration. Typically, there are anywhere from 25-32 people, 4-5 tables, and at least 9 grandchildren with their own children - adding another 9 GREAT-grandchildren who all join together for our annual Thanksgiving feast . . . and, by 'feast' - I mean a colossal amount of food! They were heavier than Peter! After our delicious lunch, the kids get to enjoy a hayride. Praise God for His Great Love!

Well, the 'big event' was going to be a helicopter that would land in the middle of a field right next to the fair at the station. Wednesday, February 17. Sunday, February 7. It was a lot of effort. It took a long time JUST to get ready for. But, totally worth the freezing temperatures. The boys had a blast and a half today!
