Monday, July 9, 2012. My silly billy girl is 8 months now! Eats pineapple, mango, blueberries and green beans. Throws her head backwards after she takes a bite. Plays a new spitting game too after she takes a bite. Tried chocolate ice cream. I think we'll be buying a lot more ice cream than we already do. Also tried daddy's soda. Went from side sleeping to tummy sleeping. She loves to sleep on her stomach! Sometimes it's the only way she'll fall asleep. Says "dada" and "baba". Uh, what about "mama"?

Our Little White House. Monday, April 4, 2011. Kid's day the darndest things. Friday was the nicest day that we have had since the snow came. I was driving down the road with the girls commenting on how I loved the sunshine. Then Kiya piped up from the backseat "Mom it is such a nice day today. It's like the temperature is as big as a tree." I was just impressed with her understanding of temperature at 4. She must have learned it at preschool. April 17, 2011 at 5:37 PM. Our Little White House. Monday, December 6, 2010. My Baby is 3! For her cake Jaynie wanted a naked Cinderella. I know my jaw dropped wide open too the first time she told me. But we eventually worked it out and convinced her that a fully clothed Cinderella would be the best option. When we picked up the cake Kiya look at it and said, "Mom, I'm gonna cry it is so beautiful." Then I cried because I was laughing so hard. We love our Jaynie, and are very grateful that she is part of our little family.

Our Little White House. Wednesday, November 17, 2010. This is amazing to me. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Monday, November 1, 2010. Now I know why my mother always disliked taking us children to the library. One book . . . count it O.N.E. book always ends up missing. It's hiding in a different place every time. Friday, August 5, 2011. It only took a year to get me to do it, but at least I did it.right? And I loved it! I'll be honest and say it is definitely not my favorite of books, but it was well worth the read. I can't wait to dive right in to the next two books and see where this story goes. I need to hurry and get to the store so I can start reading. I forget how good it feels to read a good book. I need to make a better habit of it. And now, I wait for the movie! It should be good! I am just so used to having my siblings ready to play whenever I came to visit. It's going to be so different now that they'll all be in school, INCLUDING MY MOM! Ha ha I am so happy and proud of her for going back to school, but it will definitely be a difficult adjustment for us all. It's turning out to be so cute...

I am so thankful for Father's Day, a whole day that we can spend celebrating the wonderful Fathers in our lives. First off, I have to say that my daughter has THE most incredible father any little girl could ask for. It amazes me every time he plays with her, holds her, helps feed her, changes her lovely diapers, anything, how great he is with her! I have to admit, she sure is a daddy's girl!

Even today when I think or talk about it, it blows my mind. Mike, Britt and Evelette. We may not have it all together, but together we have it all! Thursday, October 28, 2010. So tomorrow I will be 31 weeks pregnant! The third trimester has been really good for me so far. I still can't believe I am already almost there, only 9 more weeks and I get to meet my precious little baby girl! Here are some fun facts about what's going in my tummy right now:. She weighs about 4 pounds! No wonder why it hurts to walk haha. He next 9 weeks, they are going to go by fast!
