Monday, May 17, 2010. This last Saturday we took the kids to the Monster Truck Spectacular! It was a lot of fun and the weather was wonderful! The kids really liked all the monster trucks. It was really loud but luckily my cousin Levi was there and he had some ear plugs. Man those trucks are loud! It was fun running into Levi and Jamie, we got to chat and had someone to sit with. I wouldn't consider it great entertainment but the kids loved it so I guess it was all worth it. May 18, 2010 at 11:59 AM.

Monday, April 27, 2009. The Little Red Hen. So lately I have had the urge to make homemade bread. My mother-in-law gave me this great (EASY) recipe. So I tried it and it took quite a few loaves of bread to get the kinks worked out but I think I got it. Thanks to some help from great bread makers(aunt Liz and Lee Ann)!
