Sunday, July 25, 2010. Gosh there has been a lot to happen in our lives since the last time I updated so I hope I can remember it all. First, a big CONGRATULATIONS to my best friends Brandon and Aubreigh Cox on the birth of their son (my nephew) Grayson Charles Cox. He is a handsome, funny little man and so calm. Also, he is a replica of his dad. He is two days old in this picture! He had Jaundice so he got to wear these cool shades when he went under the light. And we are going to continue to do it!

Tuesday, April 27, 2010. So I copied this recipe from a friend because it sounded SO good and made sure to make it all GF. So here it is (with a big thank you to Jennifer Bethune). 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Pasta (I used egg noodles). Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 1 cup (GF) flour, 1Tbsp paprika, 1tsp pepper, 1tsp "italian seasoning". (combine this all in a bowl). Friday, December 18, 2009. Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells. I am thoroughly impressed with all of the businesses that are saying "Merry Christmas" rather than "Happy Holidays"! It really makes a difference when you hear businesses acknowledging the true meaning of the season. So Christmas is right around the corner and I dont have a lot of the shopping done, or I am waiting on it to come in the mail. Is it just me or has Christmas kind of lost its magic? Merry Christmas from the Grays and a Happy New Year!

We went to dinner that night to a new-to-us restaurant and i can't believe i have been missing out on it for all these years. if you haven't been to backstreet cafe in river oaks. go now! Unfortunately, i forgot to take a picture of us. just the food. :). I picked up an order of bundtinis from nothing bundt cake this week and i couldn't stop eating them. delicious!
