A Hot Tub. A Goal. Self Reflection. About Me – 2 Years Later. My Eat, Pray, Love Journey. Paleo German Chocolate Cake. 1/2 cup coconut flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1 tsp baking soda. 6 eggs, room temperature. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/2 cup coconut oil, softened. 1/4 cup strong coffee. Preheat oven at 350F. Grease a 9″ springform pan and line with parchment paper. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into the springform pan and bake for 30 minutes.
