Use the link below to follow me by email. Monday, June 24, 2013. 1 bag Morning star crumbles. 1 can diced tomatoes. 1 cup frozen corn. 1 cup black beans. 1 cup mexican cheese. Sour cream (or greek yogurt). Cook the pasta shells per package. Warm up the crumbles either in microwave or on stove then add all ingredients. Rinse shells with cool water. Stuff with ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Top with your favorite toppings! Find this in the freezer section. Did you go meatless today?

My foot doctor told me long ago that I needed to find another profession. Of course I ignored his request. Jazzercise is my stress relief. Jazzercise is way more fun than any other cardio. Jazzercise makes me right. Jazzercise brings me happiness. Jazzercise keeps my mind clear of cobwebs as well as my body in shape. Jazzercise is my life. I was feeling sorry for myself.

Dec 24th, 2002 07:44 pm. I have been on LJ along time. I had always hoped that I wouldnt have to take my journal to 'friends only'. but I have to do it for the time being. I have a feeling that some stuff in real life is going to lead people to my journal, and that wouldn't be good. I would not be able to say what I really want. Oh and for those of you that are worried, this doesn't mean I am going to start 'filtering', I am just making sure certain real life people don't get hurt.
