The groundbreaking for the Saiphai School was April 3, 2012. The building was completed April, 2014. The kids are very, very proud of their new school. The service provides children with a safe environment to play and develop skills and provides a much needed break for families. Essex County Council has withdrawn funding from the group after the groups were not successful in the procurement process. This decision will be devastating for the children and their families.
