Learning to enjoy the journey. Friday, October 31, 2008. Here we are. Ready for a night of trick-or-treating. I was Dorothy, Booboo was the Lion, Coocoo was the Tin Man, Dad was Scarecrow, and Tiki was Toto. But tonight only the older boys and I dressed up. I hope I can get a copy of the family picture from the night of the big party. My husband looked awesome! We had a great time. We did these for Christmas gifts but they would make great end of the year teacher gifts, fridge notepads, bathroom clipboards (why do all my to-do lists come to me when I'm in the shower or getting ready in the morning, no where near a notepad? We thought they were perfect for the girls teachers as Montessori teachers are notorious note takers! Now on to teeth....

It may not look like much, but this pasta is one of the best dishes I've made all week. And that is a week that included grilled ribeye and chicken stuffed with fresh spinach and tomato basil feta cheese. Cook angel hair pasta according to directions. Put the veges in a pan made for the grill, and set over the grill on high.
