So I decided, no one decided for me,. I do, however, feel so guilty about leaving the box that has been my family for over a year now. I miss all my friends dearly. I did 2 bar muscle ups…did not string together, but still happy to have done them. Problem is now I have a huge bruise under my bra line…is this normal? I guess I need to work on not hitting so hard? Today I surpassed my goal that I set for 2014 for a 1 rep max of 300 lbs on the back squat. My 1 rm today was 305 lbs! My previous 1 rm was 285. I’m on cloud nine! New Year Blah Blah Blahs. 2014 Goals (specific to training):. Do each week of the CrossFit Open. Squat 300 lbs 1RM (currently 285). 1 muscle up (currently 0😛 ). Am I the worst blogger ever?

Here are some of my PRs for different lifts, I like to put the one’s I’ve actually done more than once in a little table to visually see improvement. Back Squat 1 RM – I’m all about anything squatting, I love squatting…love it! Strict Press, Deadlift, Back Squat. CrossFit Contessa in Progress. My journey to a better me, for me, and for my family! Exercise is the best cure for the blah blah blahs – Sunday, 07/20/2014. Today I did 2 bar muscle ups! Case of the Mondays, July 21, 2014. Work is crazy busy. Workout at around 6:15. I know there are more humid places in the world, but it felt like I was working out in the bayou…so muggy and humid.
