Among the several careers I picked for myself as a child (forensic scientist, biblical archaeologist, author), I wanted to design magazine layouts. I have no idea why I picked magazines, but that’s what I wanted to do. Some days, I still think about it. (I stopped thinking about forensics after high school chemisty, though.).
