Sunday, November 7, 2010. Our shake shingle was installed Friday. They also wrapped the garage doorways in trim. Lots of other really important things happened this week but nothing particularly picture worthy. ie the AC/furnace units and hot water heater were set as wll as septic and propane tanks. Santa lost is sense and got Parker an air soft gun. However, I’m fairly certain that Parker likes the fact that he actually owns an air soft gun more than he likes the gun itself. It's hard to believe that it's been 4 years since I painted them! I have really good news for anyone who is considering doing this. They are GREAT! Several companies now have counter painting kits that you can buy. I think the thing I like best about mine are the shiny finish. I'm not certain that those kits will give you that finish.
