Friday, August 19, 2011. Foodie Friday: Tuna Casserole. Here is the Tuna Casserole recipe I promised from Monday. I love this recipe because it really is super easy - I can make it while Pierce plays in the living room - and it's healthy, too! This usually makes enough for the three of us to have it for dinner one night and for lunch the next day. 3 cups uncooked macaroni. 2 cups frozen peas. 1 can tuna, drained. 1 can cream of cheddar soup. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
