Monday, December 28, 2009. Since my last post we have been doing lots of fun things and enjoying all of the holidays- the most important of which was my birthday! My real birthday is Nov. 2nd, but I had a Halloween Birthday Bash on Oct. 31st. I was having a bit of a rough day, but it was still a fun time. We dressed up as the Wizard of Oz- mom was Dorothy, Liam was the Lion and I was the Scarecrow. Mema and Auntie Lex were the wicked witches! On my actual birthday I was lucky enough to have oral surgery!

Friday, August 28, 2009. Mom says that since we are now on Facebook, the blog gets neglected. We try to post once a month, but as you can see it's been awhile. So this is what we've been doing since May. In June I got finished with school and graduated from my first year of preschool! Here I am getting my diploma with Ms. Janet. Then Liam and I did swimming lessons- the pool was a little too cold for me and I usually only lasted about 15 minutes- but it was still lots of fun. Art Therapy- I loved it!

Monday, January 23, 2006. Kai is continuing to be very cranky for this parents and keep them up at night. He is a very good eater lately and is getting big. He is just about 10 lbs. He is in the process of coming off of one medication for his seizures and being put on another. We are all hopeful that this new medication will alleviate some of the distress he is in during his spasms. In February, Kai will be welcomed to the world at a ceremony on Feb. 25th. Monday, December 19, 2005. Kai finally got to have a real bath last week. Up until now we have been giving him sponge baths. His first real bath was a lesson to Mom and Dad never to wake a sleeping baby to put him in a tub of water. Needless to say Kai was not happy and let us know for the next 2 hours! We Are The Seilers. Monday, February 1, 2010. Last week in KC was Restaurant Week. Around 100 restaurants participated by serving prix fixe menus. And we took full advantage. We ate. A lot. On Friday night we went down the street to Aixois. Which is a local french restaurant. On Saturday night we visited a restaurant from our home state that is located on the edge of the good ole' P&L District. We feasted at 801 Steak and Chophouse. OP pizza is just to hard to pass up. He just returned from a much deserved guys fishing trip in Wisconsin last night - after 12.5 hours in the car - so this 37-year old is exhausted! We Are The Seilers. Friday, July 23, 2010. A Celebration of 95 Years. A couple of weekends ago we got to spend three-days in northwest (Storm Lake) and northern (Algona) Iowa. Steve and I are from towns of 10,000 and 4,000 respectively, so high school football is something we know well and spent almost every Friday night growing up watching (or playing in his case - have you seen him? Steve and I spent last Friday night at a nearby high school football game. But it was nothing like we've experienced before. First, the teams were ranked #1 and #2 in the state.
