Tuesday, November 17, 2009. At the beginning of the term we went to Waimarino as an out of school experience. I was hanging out with my two best friends Tegan and Connie. The most coolest activity was the kayaks.I didn't really go in the water much because it was cold. One of the rules were don't swear like cold or freezing. Room 5 Rock n Roll! The Kaitao School Swimming Competition for 2009. It was a hot Friday in week 6 when it all began.All academy's got bused off to the aquatic center after lunch for a cool day of competing in all sorts of fun swimming events.The events were aqua jogging,breast stroke,running with a ball on your head and others.First up was all of the house chants.'MORRISON S THE NAME AND WE'VE GOT THE GAME! And that's when things started to get CRAZY! Probably not many people did that though).

On wednesday room17 went to waimarino. The bus ride was long and my mum and aunty came too. My first thought of Waimarino was WOW we are the first to come here from our school. We went out in kayaks,it was fun. We had to go into a circle and we tipped shevez out of her kayak. It was really funny. We werent allowed to say COLD, FREEZING and we werent allowed to get out.
