In your planner or calendar or whatever it is you use, each day write what you have to read (example: Tuesday: Brave New World chapters 4 and 5). Follow it like a homework assignment. Obviously there’s will power involved here, but it’s much better than having no system of getting reading done. Happy reading, guys!

Treat working out like homework. But, have fun while you do it. 2. It doesn’t have to be a long time. I run on my treadmill for 15 minutes a day. If I have time, I do other things. Diet Coke and Grenadine. Sunday, March 4, 2012. I love getting my produce from the local ferias, or farmer's markets around metropolitan San Jose and Heredia. Farmers bring their fruits and veggies so the food is fresh and cheaper than a supermarket. They are always lively, and I love learning about fruits and vegetables I have never seen or eaten before; so far, I've discovered. A small plum variation,.
