The great thing about meatballs, is you can cook them ahead of time, and then put them in the freezer to keep for months at a time! Just put some olive oil in a skillet and re heat them! Leen turkey parmesan meat balls. 16 oz of ground turkey. 1/4 cup of Parmesan Romano cheese blend. 2 cloves of garlic, minced.

I really haven’t been cooking as many at-home meals as I would have liked! But I am going to try and post a new recipe every two days, I have to get into a routine! This was an idea that I got from a great friend of mine, and I tweaked a recipe from Shape Magazine. 1 Tablespoon of low fat Cottage Cheese. 2 tablespoons crumbled Feta cheese.

I did my legs and abs workout yesterday, and man am I sore! 1/4 cup of steel cut oats. 1 1/2 cups of water. 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds. 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger. 1 teaspoon of honey. 1 teaspoon of ground flax seed. 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt.
