PCIと64列MDCTの日々 Our daily Coronary intervention and 64-row MDCT. 2012年2月に鹿屋ハートセンターで心房細動患者に対して抗凝固療法を行っている方は240名でした。すべてワーファリンです。その後、この240名の経過をフォローしています。合わせて、処方内容の変化を見るために毎年、処方人数、処方割合をチェックしています。 最初の240名から亡くなられたり、通院されなくなったりで残っている方は少なくなりました。一方、新たに抗凝固療法を始めた方もおられます。 2012年の100%処方から2018年2月ではWarfarinの処方率は27%に激減です。Trombin阻害剤、Xa阻害剤を併せた処方率は73％です。時代が変わったと感じます。 毎年、2月に私が見直していること知っている事務職員がなにもリクエストしていないのにこのデータを作って持ってきてくれました。事務職員までもが診療の質を気にかけてくれていることをうれしく思います。 一方、TAVR関連学会協議会のWeb siteを見ると施設基準を満たした実施施設は2018年2月の時点で137施設...
