Every time I was in this mindless state it wound me up that I was still in auto pilot and trying to get on there! What is this addictive draw and why am I so weak when it comes to its nasty seduction? Anyway, within a few days my brain obviously realised that this was no longer possible and my routine app checking started rotating without Facebook included. Result!
