http://mjvicencio.blogspot.com/2006/02/fuse-is-on-right-track.html
Sights - journeys - thoughts. Fuse is on the right track! There's no better feeling than finding out that we share some principles and approach with the most profitable corporation in the Philippines. How about we share the same profit in due time? Doing the Right Thing: Business and Ethics Can Co-exist. By Manuel V. Pangilinan - - The Philippine Star 02/02/2006. The First Pacific Story. One of the many blessings I’ll always be thankful for are the lessons I learned as we built First Pacific. A few years...

Sights - journeys - thoughts. A Jazz Chord on a Monday Morning. For Stevie Wonder fans. got this funny forward from Jen thru email. After a restful Sunday night's sleep, this perked me up even more on an already unusually upbeat Monday morning. No weekend hangover, no dragging-myself-to-work feeling. maybe it's because I was just well-rested. :D Thanks, Jen! A small old Japanese man jumps out of his seat in the first row and shouts at the top of his voice "Play a Jazz chord! Play a jazz chord! Well now t...

Sights - journeys - thoughts. For some reason, people thought the old blog entries I recently imported from blogger into multiply are current. Those were 2 years ago, my dear friends. TWO YEARS AGO. :). Now I feel like I owe it to everyone to have some updates. Thus, the retaking of the "Rate My Life" test, and now this. Yes, that's how much I'm loving Heroes. So much that I come up with a corny blog entry title. as if paying homage to the amusing Hiro-san. Hehe. Forgive me. :). I'm about to finish seaso...

http://mjvicencio.blogspot.com/2005/12/im-phlegmatic-choleric.html
Sights - journeys - thoughts. I'm a Phlegmatic Choleric. Contrasting ata, but some are true. I think. Does this mean I have 2 different personalities? Para akong si Two-Face? I'd like to think it depends on the situation. At work, as a friend. you know. Anybody care to confirm? PHLEGMATIC - The Introvert, The Watcher, The Pessimist. CHOLERIC - The Extrovert, The Doer, The Optimist. Your turn to take the Personality/Temperament Test. Posted by mike at 7:23 PM. Links to this post:. View my complete profile.

trip/s: A Different New Year
http://mjvicencio.blogspot.com/2006/01/different-new-year.html
Sights - journeys - thoughts. A Different New Year. The year-end holidays usually lead people to look back, reminisce, evaluate and reflect on the year that was. And the approaching New Year would spark more reflections and resolutions. For me, I don't usually look back nor do I reflect about what I should and should not do in the coming year. For me, those come in bits and pieces throughout the year. Posted by mike at 12:43 AM. Links to this post:. View my complete profile. The Blind GEEK Poet.

http://mjvicencio.blogspot.com/2006/01/eat-all-you-can-no-leftover-pinoy.html
Sights - journeys - thoughts. Eat All You Can, No Leftover! After 5 years of spending Christmas and New Year in LA, I got back to having it the Pinoy way. And I must say, it was a blast! For a moment, I thought I almost forgot how things are here in Manila come Yuletide season. But now that I got to spend it here again, I realized na-miss ko rin pala. The following week was all drinking naman. I had a record-breaking 15-20 bottles of beer in just 2 nights! Other pig-out nights: New Year's Eve dinner and ...

Clean Sheet: Zinio and Pressreader...
http://mjtan.blogspot.com/2010/07/zinio-and-pressreader.html
Are two of my favorite and most utilized apps for the iPad. To be honest, when I got the iPad, I had no idea what I am gonna use it for. It is a nice must want gadget but serves so real use to me. I also tried using the iPad as an e-book reader but for me, it fails in that. Having to stare at a backlight LCD for hours strains the eyes badly, even at the least brightness level. I have placed my Kindle pre-order for the new version and is very excited to get it next month. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Philippines Election in less than a week. Our beloved country will be electing a new president in a few days - and it scares the hell out of me. Here are my predictions:. President - Noynoy Aquino (not my choice but he will win. Unless the nation suddenly wakes up and votes for Gibo.). VP - Jejomar Binay (6 years ago, I wanted Mar to run for Prez. until I realized he is bad in decision making. He married Korina Sanchez didn't he? Who the F knows. I guess anyone with a famous last name? JPT for you to see.
