Retro Age Vintage Fabrics: March 2011
http://vintagefabrics.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Monday, 28 March 2011. Aren't these the most gorgeous vintage illustrations? This book is called 'The Red School Bag' - it was written by Willis Mloduch, illustrated by Ann Justina, published by Danny Books Inc and printed in Sweden. I only came across one reference to it on Amazon and it was a 1953 publication. I thought you vintage lovers out there would get a kick out of 1950s childrens illustrations - so here are some of the finest. Posted by xx Ness. Monday, March 28, 2011. Tuesday, 22 March 2011.

Thursday, September 19, 2013. Quite moments in the mornings at the kijaro house. We all live in our own circus, and sometimes its a blast, and other times you wish the curtain would just close for a day, and let you and your world, catch up. You wish that you could just take time out for you and then take a moment to reflect. What I am learning, and that has been a journey across the past few months is, that it doesn't just stop, you have to make it. You are the only one holding you back! So grab a cuppa...

Craft Laboratory: Sunday Suitcase Rummage
http://craftlaboratory.blogspot.com/2010/06/sunday-suitcase-rummage.html
Sunday, June 6, 2010. Winter in Brisbane has begun - and so have the markets! They seem to be multiplying like rabbits as there must be at least two every weekend for the next few months. Today I took myself off to the Suitcase Rummage. In King George Square. As I'm making a city relocation this year I've decided to purge my life, so today I was offloading books and some much loved (but no longer worn) clothes. I really wanted to tackle this woman for her great hat! Labels: Where Do You Get Your Fix?
