Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Race for the Cure. This past Saturday we headed out EARLY to do the Race for the Cure. I was really looking forward to it, we hadn't participated since I lived in Charlotte. We had a great time, Mackenzie hung out in the stroller and at the end she held my hand and we ran to the finish line together. Tuesday, November 1, 2011. Pumpkin Patch Field Trip. Mackenzie and I went to her yearly pumpkin patch field trip last week. I drove her there, the kids whose parents couldn't go got to ride the bus. Needless to say she would have prefered I stay home so she could be on the bus. She also didn't want to sit with me on the wagon ride, instead wanting to sit with her girl friends. Because Mommy and Daddy need to get away by themselves every now and then.Blaine and I went to Las Vegas near the end of February.
