Mettiamo le mandorle con la pelle in acqua bollente per un minuto circa. Togliamole con la schiumarola, così l'acqua resta calda per le altre. Ho un paio di ricette pronte per essere pubblicate, ma la pulizia e la sistemazione della cameretta del casino e la concomitanza con le feste mi hanno reso impossibile aggiornare il blog. In più oggi ho provato il filetto allo Strogonoff, ma la ricetta che ho seguito contiene un errore! Al posto di un dl di brodo c'è scritto un litro!
