Chorizo, Cumin and Tomato Rice. This Bill Granger dish is a great store cupboard standby. It caught my eye the other day, as I wanted to use up that half packet of Basmati rice that had been lurking in the cupboard for a while, looking pretty sorry for itself. Although it serves four people, when I cooked it, there were only two of us, so the following night, I created some stuffed peppers with the leftovers. It worked really well. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. Season well and keep warm.
