Welcome to my neck of the woods! Monday, June 30, 2008. So I went to El Pollo Loco the other day for lunch. (LOVE their chicken tostada salads! Sometimes I have a hard time with this. And I think poorly of them. I remember the scripture Mosiah 4:17-19 and worry that I fall into this group. Do we not all depend upon the same Being, even God, for all the substance which we have, for both food and raiment and for gold, and for silver, and for all the riches which we have of every kind? But still I struggle.

Sunday, July 12, 2009. Well, it has been a great summer so far. We have had Jordan's parents, Karen and George Boone out from FL and we have my parents out from CA, Cindy and Randy Cahoon. We have been out to many wonderful meals, watched the 4th of July parade in downtown Provo, rafted down the Provo river (SO MUCH FUN! Went to Vegas and back, hung out at the pool, you name it, we did it! It has been so much fun! I think Layna is going to have a mental breakdown when everyone leaves! P We love it!

The first of my biggest dreams came true: I was able to perform in the Tabernacle at Temple Square. What do stay-at-home mothers do all day? Thursday, October 23, 2008. I have found ways that I can be more productive and organized at home to find the time to spend with her each day. And it has helped reprioritize what is most important in my daily tasks. Right now, I get the essentials done, and let the rest worry about themselves. I learned that from my sister. Who is a breast cancer survivor of thirteen years. Woohoo! Read up about her contribution as a giggle therapist on the right side of her blog.
