Sunday, July 1, 2007. 1 Tbsp. olive oil. 2 cups carrots, sliced. 2 cups potatoes, diced. 2 cups celery, sliced. 1/2 tsp. pepper. 1 tsp ground cumin (this is spicy, put less for a milder soup). 9 cups of chicken broth. 1 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni (substitute your favorite pasta). 1 cup canned white kidney beans, drained. 1 (145 oz) can of diced tomatoes. 2 cups of cooked turkey, diced (or chicken). (Oh, yeah, and it works for breakfast too! 2 medium baked potatoes (cook them in the microwave! 1/4 cup chopped green pepper. 1/4 cup chopped onion. 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup jack cheese. Peel and slice cooled potatoes; set aside. Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Beat. Melt butter in a 9" baking dish (use microwave).

LOL. Current Garden Update 🙂. So everything is growing well … and we have harvested radishes already and had several lettuce harvests. Yummy!
