A delicious small cake- perfect with a mid-morning coffee, or to round up a meal with an espresso.This recipe was kindly shared with me from the excellent restaurant where I have just done work experience. There, we placed a few pieces of fresh pineapple in the middle, creating a fruit layer as you bit in. Amazing! Thank you Tasos…. Bake in financier moulds in the oven until risen and golden brown.
