Wednesday, April 29, 2009. FF BB = GB. Field Trip Friends plus Beautiful Brunch equals Great Birthday! So I turned 39 yesterday. Can I just tell you how happy I am to turn 39. I will be ecstatic to turn 40 and I will be in bliss when I am 79! Insert NOTE TO SELF - HERE! The weather was 70 and sunny and with a table setting like this.you just knew it was going to be a great day! Of course Meredith, our Field Trip Mascot was invited. Even though it was 60 degrees and raining up here in the Catskills - it tasted like summer - and we didn't want it to end! Summer's last Blueberry Pie. 1 (9 inch) pie shell - baked. 1 (8 oz) cream cheese. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 quart blueberries (to be divided). Wash and drain blueberries. After taking both Saturday and Sunday off (I was only supposed to take one day off) I got back on the P90X wagon. But I did do a couple of hours of walking each day. I had the job of walking my friends dogs around her farm over the weekend. I took my dog too. She loves running around on the farm. Overall, I am feeling better. I'm still tried.
