Half tsp turmeric powder. 1 tsp red chilli powder. 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds. 1 inch pc cinnamon stick. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste. 1/3 cup chana dal (yellow split peas). 2 tomatoes, quartered. 2 fresh green chillies, chopped. I was in the mood to cook some Chinese last night and so I browsed through a couple of recipes online and I found this one which is a famous Pakistani Chef's dish. It came out really well! I did a lil bit of variations in it and thought it gave more flavours to it. Enjoy :). Chicken ½ kg - boneless cut into bite size pcs. Black pepper - ¼ tsp. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp.
