Tonight was our last night in Nebraska before heading of to Hawaii and so Grandma thought what better way to say goodbye than with some Misty's Prime Rib for dinner. It's one of my dad's favorite places, but I had never been.it was delicious! And such a great treat! We even got a free dessert since we were sort of celebrating our anniversary too :-). We had a fabulous time!

We found these little baby birds in the tree outside of church, ironically on Mother's Day.I love catching little pieces of springtime, especially when summer is so near :-). The school year ended! Then to celebrate summer there were just a lot of trips to the pool. And a lot of trips to Disney to use our passes :-). Tuesday, June 28, 2011.

Wednesday, August 31, 2011. Chillin' in the Northeast. Well - while we were in Maine - Chris and I went to prom :) Ha! Actually the adults got to go out to lunch in Portland and then the boys headed down to a Red Sox game (before Chris flew home :( and the girls got to stay and have a few drinks by the water and get our toes done - it was a very relaxing, nice day with some awesome people! Thank you Kate and Mark for opening your house, your family and your lives to us! And we lounged by the pool a lot :).

Oh how he has grown! Being silly with Auntie Em! Jackson was learning the ins and outs of being a Michigan fan like his uncle and daddy! Blake LOVED the swing!
