The kids were so excited to eat the pops.it makes my heart melt at the simple things that make them so happy. with all these "new-fangled contraptions" for kids, i LOVE to see them so happy with things like popscicles and swimming! I LOVE LOVE LOVE their beautiful eyes! It is warm outside, but DAMN! That water was freakin' COLD!

They always have fun when uncle todd comes down! My dad bbq-ed corn, burgers, and hot dogs. they were yumm-o! We went swimming earlier that day, but the kids can never get enough water play time! They were watering the grass and washing their cars. Unfortunately, we did have one accident.but there were no injuries.

The boy's class had a fiesta float parade on friday. it was the cutest thing. all of the other grades (kinder - 4th grade) line the hallway and cheeer as the pre k kids parade through the halls with their floats. priceless. And the finished product! Richard and the boy did it all. the boy told him where to put it, and richard glued it on. such creative guys! And, finally.i present the parade.

Tuesday, March 31, 2009. Baby Shower on 3/28/09. We had our first baby shower over the weekend. It was WONDERFUL! My sisters did an amazing job at making the day special and I had a great time visiting with friends and family. Everyone was sooo generous with the gifts. I can't believe how much we got for our little guy. Thanks to everyone for coming! A lot of people drove from a looong way to be there and it really means a lot. Saturday, March 20, 2010. Growing up is hard. While we had the car on Auto Trader.com I enjoyed driving it on the days I did not have to take Brandon anywhere. On my last drive to work in the car I listened to The Sound Of Music and Phantom of the Opera soundtracks. I had to fight back tears the whole way to work, but just kept singing! I know it is silly to love a car so much and get so attached. But I just did. Here are a few farewell pictures to my fun 2-door Honda Accord Coupe. My cousin, Melissa.

The dr. told me that a piece of calcium in my inner ear broke off and was floating around looking for a new place to land and call home. Sunday, July 12, 2009. Tonight after feeding Brandon, I was snuggling him trying to get him to go to sleep. Then he looked at me with his gorgeous blue eyes and just starting talking to me in the gentle-ist cooing he's done yet. We had a great 5 minute conversation, with his eyes locked on mine the whole time. WOW! It just melted my heart. What a special moment! I love my little man!
